SCREENED IN PORCH
There are many ways in which a screened in porch can be enclosed, so why is it that so many contractors have such limited options for their customers? Mr. Build is a contractor that specializes in patio room design and installation, serving homeowners in Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton, Parrish, and other Florida locations. With more than three decades of experience in the industry, we’ve seen all kinds of porch enclosures and have put together an excellent selection of options that are ideal for Florida homeowners.
With a screened in porch from Mr. Build, you will have the option to enjoy complete ventilation throughout the room, partial airflow, or complete protection from the outside elements. Our screened patio enclosures can be made using:
- Horizontal vinyl panes – These vinyl panes slide open horizontally for 50 percent airflow, or they can be easily removed and stored when you want complete ventilation.
- Vertical vinyl panes – The vertical vinyl panes can be slid to the top or bottom for up to 70 percent ventilation and allow for easy cleaning from the inside.
- Horizontal acrylic panels – Similar to the horizontal vinyl panes, the acrylic panels can be slid open horizontally for 50 percent ventilation, or they can be removed entirely. Acrylic, however, looks more similar to real glass, but is stronger, better insulated, and nearly 50 percent lighter in weight than single pane annealed glass.
Our VINYL PANE™ systems are especially popular for Florida residents who live near golf courses or have active children because they are memory durable, meaning they stretch upon impact and snap back to their original form. Vinyl is also highly durable and weather resistant. Both the vinyl and acrylic used for our screened in porch systems are available in various tints, and the frames come in different colors, as well.
